Lubbock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lubbock follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was looking for a local resource for raw honey and found T&J farms. They are about 10 min south of the city and also had a pumpkin patch. I was able to order online and the process was very easy. There were several options available including a Cotton Flower honey and a honey with the addition of some heat ( that I put on salmon) and was fantastic. I picked up my order with ease and was advised that they can also ship orders. ( sent two jars to my daughter) The honey was packaged in a sturdy glass container with cork toppers. The honey was clean and ranged from a light bright flavor in the cotton batch to a stronger and very tasty Wildflower batch. I add them to fruit, recipes and main dishes. This is some of the best honey I've tasted in years. This will be my go-to local resource for honey.
